rct3 how to build a pool without soked

i had some on ask me if its posuble to build a pool without soked and i found a way how to do it.

I have soaked and you still dont have all the water slides and rides and stuff to make a sort of tropical place. So I just think it's cheap.

Using the coaster to get the people in the water was funny, but won't they just drown?

Theoretically, couldn't that be done on RCT1 and RCT2 as well?
