Because every time there is a prison show on t.v., 80% of the population is all African-American?? o.O Plus most of the gangs in America (Besides the KKK) are also African-American? I'm not stating that all African Americans are bad and I'm not saying that I don't like them. It's just the fact that the African American race is more prone to these kind of things.
