TomTom usually. But they're uncommitted to mobile, it seems.... I use Nokia Maps.

Great place to video blog from. Good light, relatively quiet, with no wind noise, place to put the smartphone/camera, etc. 8-)

Great info Steve! Welcome to the world of WM ROM flashin! Check out HTC Wizard (Cingular 8125/Tmobile MDA (US) etc.) as well, they go for pretty cheap. WM6.1 runs super awesome on mine :)
