Police beat up a mentally-ill homeless man to death

Manuel Ramos, a police officer from Fullerton, California, has been charged with second degree murder for allegedly beating a mentally-ill homeless person to death last year. His co-worker, Officer Jay Cicinelli, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter and excessive use of force. This video from a surveillance camera shows Kelly Thomas, the victim, pleading for his life while the officers beat him on the street.

Of course if a civilian were to save the life of another by killing a pig, you can bet they would be seeking a penalty of death for the Good Guy. But, it is the law that it is justified to save the life of another to kill the aggressor(s).

I was wondering the second amendment is there to protect our rights. So if these people were to do that and since they are the arm of the government we should be allowed to protect ourselves? Now in this case this didn't have the means which is unfortunate but I don't know much about the law so I am just wondering.

It is justified Homicide to kill another if they are threatening the life of another. A clear case of justified homicide if all of those pigs were sniped right there.
