@dothisdothat321 This is a forensic research facility, where bodies (that are donated for the purpose) are left out in the open so that the scientists can study how decay happens in a variety of circumstances. They show it in the documentary because it's important to show the context of the work that she was doing at the time.

why would they show some guy who died recently and his face being ravaged by worms thats just immoral to record on video he should be buried and at peace.
