  • this is kinda gay dude be true about your deads and show a little pride and hang on to your weight

  • I don't even know what you just tried to say. Thanks, anyhow, though. P.S. I like your vids.

  • i give you rep on your positive...but you do not control the neg..you drop the weight near the bottom so i neg you for that.

  • The "negative" is not a crucial part of the deadlift. The only thing you're supposed to do in lowering the weight is not get injured.

  • Fantastic lifting mate. That's a lot of work. Could I ask what percentage of your 1RM is that? My guess would be around 70%.

  • At the time I did the vid, it was around 575 or so, so you weren't far off. It's gone up since, then down again due to some injury issues.

  • @FatWilhelm pointless to try to speak tampolian. when a douchebag makes a comment like that on a video like yours it's obvious he (she?) doesn't know what they are talking about. Excellent lifting.

  • I never liked Eminem until I watched your video. I watch it every time before I do deadlifts. Great job, very motivating!!!!! How many times can you do 405 now?

  • 405 for 30 singles is impressive. If you did touch and go people would give you bullshit for that too. It is what it is, I am impressed.

  • Great feat of strength and endurance!

  • Great lift bro

  • Nice lift man, you got my respect.

  • epic sht. you are the champ

  • with those "angled" type of plates..you have to totally let the bar settle first..or the plates roll away from your shins.

    They suck!!

If it was "rounded" plates, the deadlifter can stay into deadlift position the whole time.

  • I stopped the video early due to how terrible the song was. Impressive lift though.

  • yes
