Join Sissi Jones from the Hohner Harmonicas Service Department and I for a discussion on wind savers for the chromatic harmonica. In this video she covers why they're necessary and what you can do to fix them when they go bad. To see the entire interview with Sissy visit www.bluesharmonica.com and become a subscribed member.
Sissi offers a private repair service if your chromatic harmonica is in need of servicing. Her contact email is sissi.harmonicare@gmail.com
@slaytondrum Sissi retired from Hohner and works for herself repairing harmonicas, so is not whom to contact for 'customer service'. If it came in damaged from Musician's Friend they're who owe you - or file a complaint through your credit card co. (I had a similar problem from them - no packing materials so the box of one broke the box and comb of another. They refused to believe it had been sent out with no 'filler'.) Hohner isn't responsible but 'might' honour a repair.

Know that the holidays season is over, I hope that Hohner will take the time to repair my Super 64 Chromonica( $261.99-Musician's Friend) I called customer service, unfortunately they could not help me. Sissi Jones please help! Are there any goodwill ambassadors in business anymore? People are out of work all over the U.S.People are struggling to stay aflot, looking frantically for a sign of hope. So when a person, saves for a harmonica (at that price) shouldn't it work, or at lease get good se
