@mzdijah13 The 2 haploid gametes (sperm and egg, each have 23 chromosomes) fuse by the sperm fertilizing the egg resulting in a diploid zygote (46 chromosomes). That later on develops into the blastocyst (5 days after fertilization; mitotic cell division). After that,more stuff happens (don't know much about birth, didn't a lot study about it) then 9 months later you got a child with certain traits inherited from both the mother and father. i am the idiot when you cannot form an proper argument?
