How to Submit a Support ticket on Gamebattles.com

Video goes a little fast seen as i knew what i was doing but didnt think to slow down. Your best pausing the video when the annotations get long.

This is a very short video on how to submit a ticket to GB for things like, Scores Dispute, No show etc.

Oh and i dont know why it carried on recording past the end of the video :)

then how do you find out what happens, like who gets the win?

@sweeneybroz38 The tab that says "My GB" will have two options below it saying "New support ticket" and "My support tickets" When you have submitted a support ticket click the "My support tickets" tab and any tickets youve submitted will show there. Click the magnifying glass icon to then see what the admins response has been to your ticket.

@sweeneybroz38 it can vary depedning on which arena its being submitted to along with what type of ticket it is. can be from 1 hour to 4 days

Hey i've been on gamebattles recently and a lot of people dispute, i video tape the entire match. if i upload the video to youtube for proof should i just leave the entire video and upload the entire match? or edit it and cut out everythign and just show the end of each map?? like the final ten seconds and the game showing the scores?
