@JUNITOC215 Yes, it is really worth it if your problem is killing yourself with food! Jorge, amigo mio tienes que conocer tu mismo! You really do, have to know yourself and know your problem. My problem was everytime I lost weight, I, not it, I put it back on by stuffing myself. I can't do that anymore. This is not a magic pill.
