the thirteen original colonies were going to be taxed by the british gov for paper ( the stamp tax I believe). A few years later taxed for tea ( 3 cents per pund of tea, americas drink of choice in the 1760's. In order to avoid the opression common people turned to street gangs, then a malitia, then GW led the Continental army of rebels. Back then it was taxation without representation. It's all about taxes!!! The bill is also called saving lives by reduces tobacco use or something like that, that is bullshit the government doesn't give a rats-ass if we live or die! What they care about is the tax money that is wasted on tobacco health care costs every year. Again this is nothing more than a way to rope in roll your own cigarette tobacco with pipe tobacco, F*** them!!!! Let them burn in hell!!!!!!!!!!!!
