The NE side is definitely full of crack heads. But I don't think this is a tower. I'm also in SA, and I walked out to get in my vehicle one morning and there was one hovering about 1 street over. Scared the shit out of me. That was a few months ago, and now I just keep looking up, but haven't seen anything like that again. They can just disappear suddenly and they are completely silent. I'd love to see another one, but it just doesn't work like that. It won't happen if you're looking.
