Food doesn't come out exactly as shown in the commercial. You need to learn how to tweak the recipes. For instance, with pork chops you need to blast the heat for a few minutes to brown them or your chops will come out white. Otherwise it's seems to work well. Now to see if it will break like other commentors say.
