@tyu3456 she only voted for certain provisions of the act. They were provisions that maintained judicial oversight and protected the 4th amendment. She did not vote for the full reauthorization.

If Bachmann were a true conservative, she wouldn't have voted for a bill that undoubtedly tramples on several of your Constitutional rights, AKA the Patriot Act. How's that for big government, tea partiers? Might I mention that almost all republicans voted to extend it as well.

Do you really think Bachman gives a crap about this country? She can't even read a history book. If you think she cares about your children's education, you are sadly mistaken. Keep your grubby hands off my Social Security BTW!!!! But if Bachman hangs around long enough she will have a very nice pension from the government?

There are Dems who hate Reps, like jesseinbuffalo, He calls Bachmann a "moron." But no one is a bigger moron than Barack Obama. Nothing but an empty suit. Entirely out of his league!!! God help this country!!! The Republicans will not save America. Only Jesus can do that, and it's unlikely that He will. Say g'bye folks. It's been swell.

I despise politics. Filthy business. However, I do lean to the right, morally and fiscally. BUT -- I cannot get behind this bunch of Republicans who claim they will unseat Obama. He is a "destroyer" of our nation, no doubt about it, but the Republicans have NO ONE with the experience nor the spine to stand for the right things for the right reasons.
