Guess I have to spend the next year watching U/T and breaking this down into 3 second bites that my brain can accept and learn. Thanks man, I need something else to live up to!

not really. the muting becomes a problem and afew inter/micro tonal tonalities get lost but it is possible.... i suppose.

Wow. That is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen done with a guitar. This is my first exposure to the talent of Mr. Reed and I'm blown away. Just simply phenomenal.

If you're talking Drifting you might want to try Preston's 'Tribes' too. I haven't myself but it seems to share some similarities in terms of both technique and musicality. Both Drifting and Ladies Night are great tunes to play in general, but they're also great tunes to pull out around people, neither ever fail to entertain. ;)

Playing this piece made me rather well-known around my high-school. That's all thanks to you. ;)

Hello! I approach this song as I do Drifting by Andy McKee, I mean if you notice some sections he switches from playing top fretboard to standard on some chords. Andy does the same thing with Drifting, he switches as well. I'm learning Ladies Night right now and I feel as if it is because of such style that is being implemented, it accomodates with the note pull offs when applied. Technique is Everything within this style. There is only one way to find out if it can be played underhanded... :)

Out of curiousity to anyone who has attempted to learn this, is it really necesarry that he plays with his left hand above the fretboard like that the majority of the time? Could one just as easy play it normally?
