How much would you say it helped....?

A ton. It's got a deeper sound now, and it's quieter overall. It is still somewhat loud, but by early-shifting you can keep it very quiet if you want. Not obnoxious at all. I heard the standard P1 tip didn't help much at all. If you want a tip, then get this one.

My two Brothers is too loud. I needed to get rid of the huge stealth an on my Bandit but now it's just crazy loud. I hope the PX1 works to quiet it a bit.

Yeah i just installed a P1 tip on my CBR1k and it pretty much sounds exactly the same. Couldn't tell the difference. Maybe a little less raspy but not really quieter. Looks like i am going to have to buy this tip.

I tried the p1 tip and couldn't tell the difference... way too loud.

I just purchased this power tip and i think it may have quieted it down just a little too much. It lost that bark that it had now it's just slightly louder than a stock pipe. ohh well at least i wont be getting pulled over for noise anymore. So long loud obnoxious Two brothers i'll miss ya.
