I haven't been edified like this in a long time. The congregation I attend is struggling with leadership and the interim pastor preaches only of receiving.

As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: 1Pet2:2

sincere=unadulterated

It is therefore, by sound doctrine/the sincere milk of the word by which we grow. A lack thereof will explain the many churches wherein is lacking the clear evidence of growing Christians.

Evidence of this sincere milk will be in the clear evidences of a child of God growing in grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

oh how important it is to have sound doctrine. if only people knew that no matter what you have some type of doctrine and there is a good chance you are trying to persuade people to your doctrine even if you don't call it that. you don't even know who God is without sound doctrine...who are you praying to when you pray...well it depends on your doctrine.

sound doctrine is dead these days. I thank God for the few preachers that still teach the sound doctrine and its curious that is in youtube where they do that, not the supermega churches that are filled with millions that only go there for their "supernatural" expierences

A whole lot of opinion floating around YT. For example, I interpret "by His stripes, we are healed" as "by His scourging, we are saved." A Charismatic seems to think otherwise; that it has to do with some sort of physical healing...no context applied. Opinion, yes?

God's precious [and only] Holy Word is entirely sufficient. God's Word doesn't need to be "remade" to make it more popular. The unholy Grrr'an is NOT the Word of God and there is NO compatibility between the lies of Islam and the truth of Christ. Indeed, we want everyone to be saved but there's only one way to be saved and that is by Grace Through Faith in Jesus Christ.

Indeed, thank HEAVEN for giving us the World Wide Web and YouTube. Bringing the Gospel is MUCH cheaper on the Web than on TV.
