Hakan Versus 10-5-11

I'm trying out some new techniques inspired by the discovery that a jump-over oily EX dive after slide-press has great timing built into it. I figure Capcom must expect Hakan players to do something from there. It's turning out to be fun. I wish I had remembered to coward crouch when Fei Long had gauge, but I forgot. Anyway, fun stuff. Also of note, against Guile, slide-press, jump forward lands you in front of him. Time your lk oil dive perfectly, and it's uncrouchable. Lastly, Sakura probably could have just ducked under my oil dives, so the better way would have been to use oil EX dive.
