I do 50 pounds each arm for like 8 to 10 reps
55 for 6 to 8 reps
60's for 4 reps

Did u know that the more u carry the small ur biceps will stay jst stick to 5 kg or 10 the people that carry those 35 kg seriously it's true yeah there body is big and shit but it's kinda gay and fucked up .
