@mylaptopdiednooo I think it may depend on the games and programs you plan on running. Check the "recommended system requirements" and if the i3 can do what you want then it may be worth it.

@JesseBAndersen well i know about desktops but laptops im aalright i have a intel i3 2330 m sandybridge core that is clocked at 2.4ghz and it is a dual core cpu

I rather have a desktop computer: More powerful, not too expensive and it leaves my laptop clean. But if you have a spare GPU it might be a good idea.
