  • we put up a sign at our gym that says ' NO CURLING IN SQUAT RACK'

  • @keshav0312

It's cool......we're the only ones who use it anyways.

  • Power day??? Sweet curls. How about doing some squats.

  • @amastrod . "Power Day" just implies I had a day where I used lower rep ranges with max weight to see where my strength had progressed. If you're not adding weight to the bar over time you're not going to see optimal gains.

  • @Quote47 totally agree with you. i was doing 315 on barbell rows and sum dude told me i need to use better form. i'm lyke WTF!!!! how the hell can i use perfect form with soo much weight. i mean i could've used better form, but the risk of injury would've been high. Just work within your limits is what i tell everyone.

  • @roberth214 If you after only size gains, you still have to get stronger. there are no ways around that. over time, you have to progress in weight. That is the fundemnental lows of bodybuilding. AS long as you progress in the right rep range, you will gain size. if you keep the reps to low, then it will be mostly power.

  • @roberth214 I think you missed my point. Your commented should be directed straight back at you. Read mine again and think a little bit.

  • @roberth214 Nice. You win life for sure. Yet you're still making pointless conversation over youtube with someone you don't know. Glad I'm worth your time big guy.

  • @NauticTL don't worry buddy you got nothing to prove to me over youtube. I'm 6'5 270 lbs, I'm an ex marine, I train mma, I drive a lamborghini, I have a hot wife, and I have a really big house. Just like you.

  • @roberth214 Just because I don't care what other people think doesn't mean other people don't recognize I'm strong & toned. I like feeling strong as fuck. Right now I'm 6'3 229 pounds, and when i first started lifting I was around 190. I'm naturally a long and lengthy ectomorph, so I fight hard every day to progress. If you want size, you have to move up in weights. It's all about progression.

  • @NauticTL I used to think like that. Then one guy put it to me: would I rather be a big dude doing lighter (not light, lightER) weight, or a smaller guy doing heavy weights. The answer, for me, is clear. I definitely care what other people see. In fact, that's probably the biggest reason I go to the gym.

  • @roberth214 Who cares how much weight I do? I care how much weight I do. I don't give a shit what other people see or think. I want to progress in weight because I want to build size. Obvious is obvious.

  • @NauticTL but who cares how much weight you do. the only time other people will ever see it is your hour/hour and a half workout at the gym. people see your body all the time...so for me, what my body LOOKS like is more important than how much weight i push.
