Beautifully done and that tuning is the one I like the best by miles. Why did Keef change, so much more blues in open D or E. The stones could have been cosmic rather than becoming a much lesser more repetitive rock band. Those early songs ... Wow

He's like Joe from Family Guy but with legs. And a mad Brooklyn Mafia enforcer's accent ;-)
"Eyyyyy Tony! Dis guy's a f**kin mook"
(No disrespect intended, obviously. I don't want to end up at the bottom of the Hudson in concrete boots)

I think you know this and just made a mistake but if you're tuned to Open E and capo the 8th then your open strum is actually a C. But this sounds great and I agree it sounds like the old stuff. If you watch recent Stones concert footage it seems that nowadays Kieth plays this in Open G capoed at the fifth - again giving you a C with a little different timbre.

@52692669 "Is this a acoustic guitar?" I'm afraid that whatever way I answer that question I will sound like a jerk so I won't answer at all.

is this a acoustic guitar?

You forgot the bridge . .
Of all the versions Keith plays, my favorite is when they play the bridge.
