@arrowhead893 This may be a little late but the valves in this video are tissue based, not mechanical. A mechanical heart valve is a bit more evasive

i have just been diagnosed with a bicuspid leaflets and moderate leakage at the aortic vaklve and the dr. suggested mecanical replacent i hope this is the way they do it.
