Honestly we should all research this but also feel comfortable at a certain point. I'm female & 5'3 so 135 is my ideal weight, I'd be happy with that

My brother got it when he was 11, so its not just "omg teen girls".

everone is telling their weight so i guess ill do the same even though its kinda hard for me to tell im 14 5''4 and 114 pounds.i starve myself somethimes i try not to purge maybe bec sometimes i envy models and most of the time i feel depressed you see i always plan a healty diet but one day something happened and i feel awful depressed about life and feel so little about myself so i want to feel better and this makes me feel better

@KianaAutumn I hardly ever read fashion magazines, never really been a fan. My eating disorder started because of something a cross country coach told me back in high school. It kinda bugs me how the media/ fashion industry is blamed for eating disorders, I feel like people blame it because they really don't understand where anorexia truly comes from. Anorexia doesn't come from wanting to be thin, or envying models and celebrities it comes from a much deeper place on a very personal level.
