Management Styles - Authoritarian and Delegative

Management styles can be broadly categorised into four types. In this program, we examine two styles -- authoritarian and delegative. As two recruitment companies meet for their annual ten-pin bowling showdown, the characteristics of each management style are examined. This program is an ideal stimulus for thought and discussion about the benefits, disadvantages and implications of adopting different approaches to management in relation to the diversity of people and staff encountered in any workplace.
