Father dropping off his daughter w/ typical difficulty from "Baby Momma"

After a 12 hour trip from AL to FL, Kevin and his wife Camille returns his daughter to Kia (Baby Momma) who immediately initiates an argument with Kevin. Because Kevin recently re-married, Kia reported him to the Child Support Agency for non-payment although has never missed a payment to her. They had a personal agreement after they parted ways with notarized signatures, terms and amounts to be paid. Kevin never saw this coming. He didn't even know what an "arrear" was.

Now this is a good dad. But sometime's its the other way around. My dad didn't care. He left me when I was two, he said because he was not support his girlfriend kids he didn't need to pay child support for me because they were his kids by heart. My mom work a full time job plus cleaning the post office on weeknds to support me.I remember my mom saved up half the child support checks for two years (when he paid) to take me on a trip to disney, she gave me the best years of my life!

All I can say is send money orders if shit looks shaky and keep the copies. It happened to me and I wasn't in any arrears and she even lied on the paper while we were staying together. We were in court and she knew we were suppose to bring check stubs and everything. She brought NOTHING. I showed mine and it worked out in both of our favor I thought. Now I didn't know she was pregnant with some church guys kid the whole time. Anyway, let's just say what goes around comes around happened.
