You should know OpenTable by now. That lets you reserve spots at restaurants around the world -- all in real time -- so you can compare a list of restaurants quickly and see if there are any tables available. But what about spas? My local Ritz Carolton, for instance, has a great spa but it often is booked. But because they have a Spabooker system you can look up whether they have a time available. Here the CEO explains the system and tells us what he's seeing in the industry.
can you tell me what "spabooks" mean? I heard that the term "spabooks" is a racial slang because it was used to refer to blacks.
Could this mean that blacks like to go to the salon, or does it mean something else?

The real time feature via the social networks is a really cool feature! And I love the idea of booking a spa from my phone! Comes in handy after dealing with the NYC Subways!
