You should know OpenTable by now. That lets you reserve spots at restaurants around the world -- all in real time -- so you can compare a list of restaurants quickly and see if there are any tables available. But what about spas? My local Ritz Carolton, for instance, has a great spa but it often is booked. But because they have a Spabooker system you can look up whether they have a time available. Here the CEO explains the system and tells us what he's seeing in the industry.

  • can you tell me what "spabooks" mean? I heard that the term "spabooks" is a racial slang because it was used to refer to blacks.

Could this mean that blacks like to go to the salon, or does it mean something else?

  • The real time feature via the social networks is a really cool feature! And I love the idea of booking a spa from my phone! Comes in handy after dealing with the NYC Subways!

  • Cool Interview
