Many thanks for posting this video. I was in Melbourne in 2001, and one of the highlights of the visit was Puffing Billy. At that time, the Garratt was still a "work in progress". It's wonderful to see it running again. To American railfans like me, a Garratt is one of the most exotic things on rails. Well done, mates!

I can remember the Garratts working out of Newcastle NSW about 1970......they were slightly larger !
