Thank you for asking, well, it's too simple..
you probably have 2 Copy's of the file name (pmdgoptions.dll) installed, check if there is two file's in the same name, try to remove manually the one which exist in the main PMDG folder, and keep the one which is in the main C:Flight Simulator 9\Modules
but be careful, made back up before remove anything in the Modules.
