One of the best, true... The Anchormen, 20 years ago, used to do this "up one" rotation on this song with their tenor, Brian Routh, who could stand right with Cook. Nothing against Cook, smoothness that high is indeed rare from a male singer, but those two (and a couple more) could do it.
