http://www.tscottmcleod.com --- Wondering where to stay so that you can surf at Bingin beach in Bali, or at Padang Padang, or at Uluwatu, or at Impossibles? I found a great place to stay at Bingin Beach. Lynnie's Warung. Lynnie and Goong run a real nice establishment. Only fifteenUS bucks per night. Indoor western toilets and showers in all of the rooms. Beds with mosquito nets. A clean kitchen with good food that didn't once get me sick. An international crowd with a lot of hip people from Portugal, Spain, France and Italy. This is the place to stay when you go to Bali for surfing. Tell Lynnie that I said she should rent you the room for fifteen bucks, US, a night. Tell her you're my friend. And drop in on a wave for me while out there at Bingin or Impossibles or Padang Padang or Uluwatu. You can reach Lynnie by calling her in Bali at 0361 8470933 ... A living, virtual shot hole, thanks to low life surfers from around the world. Nothing like surfing in the lineup, while untreated feces seeps through the limestone, which eventually makes it into the lineup. Watch out for horrible ear infections. Any cut should be treated immediately with a blow torch. Once a perfect little wave, now a SHITHOLE OF EPIC PROPORTIONS.....So sad....

Have been going to Impossibles since 1990, has changed so much over the years. Great place, great people, unreal surf. A number of places to stay at Bingin, you can also try Katut's (on the beach, just up heading to Padang Padang). Also great food and accomodation
