In the final ESW/ICW event of 2010, ESW's final chance to show the world that they are the elite group was a complete success.
A new ESW wrestler by the name of Mike Idols was hired as security to make sure ICW didn't get involved in any match.
In the 5-on-5 elimination match between ESW and ICW, Old Skool Giddens returned to the backyard as ESW's mystery man. As entry number 10, Old Skool Giddens, along with "Hardcore Kidd" Alex G, won for team ESW.

Osiris took on Jynx Masta in a rematch from August. Osiris, unlike last time, was unsuccessful at capturing the ICW championship. Both wrestlers from ESW and ICW interfered in this match.

After Jynx Masta retained the ICW championship, Alex G came out to congratulate him on his win. Alex G stated in a video on Youtube.com that Jynx Masta was going to turn on ICW and re-join ESW. Alex G admitted to lying about Jynx Masta being the guy from ICW to come back to ESW, however he said that someone was indeed coming in. Alex G told Jynx Masta that the man who would leave ICW and come join ESW would be given an ICW championship match right now. Alex G then called out the man....Beaner Andrew.

Beaner Andrew Def. Jynx Masta for the ICW (now once again ESW) Championship.
-During the match, all of ESW stood in front of the ICW locker room to make sure that none of the ICW wrestlers would get involved.

After Beaner Andrew won, all of ESW took over the ICW locker room and attacked all the ICW wrestlers.
