The trailer for my winter in parkour training video series in Owatonna Minnesota. This is a longer trailer but I called it one because it wasn't based on a specific type of training, like each separate video will be.

Well since they are flat on the bottoms they slip allot on ice. But if it is wet out like it is and you train in a dry area or keep them dry when doing somthing they are nice. Still slippery on most railing unless just got wet then dried off. I don't know if you understand everything I just said but whatever.

I called it a trailer because I did not base the video on a specific movement or exercise.
