@Akr1Kierre Here's what happened. This is NOT related with China or the earthquake. The Earthquake happened in the place called SuChansung. The reason y Tiffany laughed is because it sounded like "Chansung" from 2PM (acc to the cloudy subs on the screen). Since she is close to Chansung she started laughing. Pretty much she should've held her laugh. It was an Wrong time wrong place laugh. *BUT* she DID APPOLOGIZED through the official website after being BOMBED by THOUSANDS of ANTIS.
