Wisconsin Congressman Steve Kagen gets drowned out by an angry group at a town hall at - of all places - a library.
After Greta Van Susteren played the clip, Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty likened the scene to "a Vikings-Packers game."

They aren't animals they are people that are passionate about their beliefs and are tired of watching congress try to control their lives even if the majority of the people are against it. Lately congress hasn't been working for the people which is evident with the bailouts that got pushed through despite the majority of the people not agreeing with it. They want to be heard and tired of being ignored
