UPDATE May 15, 2011 - I am no longer dependent on opioids of any kind. These videos remain as a history, and inspiration for those who want to get better. If you have a question about addiction, please feel free to contact me. If you are trying to buy my video, buy a link in an annotation, or do ANYTHING besides get help, don't bother. I won't answer. If you DO have a legitimate problem, feel free to send me a message. If it takes me some time to get back with you, please just know that I *will* answer, it just takes me a bit. I get a lot of mail. God Bless you all, and good luck. Most of all, thanks for taking the time to hear my story.

  • So whats up I haven't seen a video in a while you still doing good or what?

  • don't let the people on here bother or deter you. You are absolutely RIGHT when they said they have no idea what addiction is REALLY like! Good for you for realizing your problem and continuing to try to fix it regardless of setbacks. You decided life instead of a terrible life of addiction. You rock, keep it up, and remind yourself WHY you are doing this every time you feel down and weak. I will keep you in my prayers.

  • Maybe the most real, honest and compassionate uses of youtube i've seen or will see.

  • Whats up man? Im going to try and call it how i see it. You seem genuine in what message your trying to get across. However, being a former opiate addict know 5 people just like you. Actions will always speak louder than words and you only can get clean for your self. I only say this because i was on methadone for 5 plus yrs at a very high dose and jumped off at 37 Mg cold turkey SO i know what your feeling my dude! You can do it, you just gotta do it tho. good luck

  • @SteveWard3928 I know exactly what Fentanyl is. I was on 100mcg/hr. I don't have cancer, not am I dying. Do YOU have any medical training? :-P

  • @bayrecovery No. They gave me no warning at ALL.

  • @italianice7six They should have never given you something as powerful as suboxone for hydrocodone. That's why it was harder... whether they know or not, suboxone does feel that craving, and it's MUCH stronger than a lot of shit out there.

  • @666ThaScarecro666 It's hard to say. Opiates can take you immediately.. cigs usually take a long time. Hard question.

  • In our local detox, they give you 1 day's grace for not going to meetings and stuff.. My first time there i left after one day because they told me i HAD to get up, walk across the property to eat 3 times a day, and go to these hour long meetings, well sitting there in a meeting is impossible when you are sick. I spent 6 years injecting dilaudid, spent a couple years in the federal peniteniary all for dilaudids. Ive been on methadone for 3 years now and have gotten my life back finally.

  • @stungbyhornets Thank you so much. This is my life, this is real stuff.
