Alright,I don't know how this noodle shop has been famous in the past. But I went there a few times in different occations, tried all types of their dishes.Honestly, noodle ain't good and always too sweet. The rice topped with curry is soso,so basically nothing special.

Hi sorry it took me so long to respond, I was in China and couldn't access Youtube. I still can't really see the video and don't remember too well, but I think we have deep-fried garlic, granulated sugar, palm sugar (the orange-y paste), two kinds of vinegars (pounded chilies and sliced chilies), tamarind juice (giving it a flavor similar to pad thai), and what should be fish sauce but here looks a lot like soy sauce (not quite right).
