@Swaggruler Hate to break it to ya, but she already had her nosejob (her only one) before this video was shot. She was a bit thicker & chunkier, but when she is lean, that doesn't mean she had "reconstructive surgery". She just has a great personal trainer. Abs can be gotten naturally, you know. She looks good chunky or lean and mean. Either way, she is gorgeous. Though I wish she had left her "Good Times" Penny nose instead of her smaller surgical nose that her entire family now have.
