When I tap or bang on the top or side of my amp, the reverb goes crazy. It pops and warbles for much longer than it should. It also happens when adjusting knobs on the amp. Sometimes it happens without touching the amp. The warbles don't get louder when I turn up the volume on the amp but there's a hum that does. The hum is only present when I turn the reverb up.

  • I have the exact same problem but not so bad like yours. It's more like it cuts in and out sometimes and has the same hum sound. Did you find out what was wrong with it?

  • @minhdiszles I tried out a different reverb tank and that seemed to fix it. I could only use the other tank temporarily, though, and I'm not sure what to replace it with. I'm not sure what part of the tank is the problem. Nothing looked bad inside.
