FIXED - 2001 Toyota Corolla engine whistle noise at idle

PROBLEM FIXED:
I took the intake box out and removed the throttle body. Removed IAC valve as well. Throttle plate was dirty, as well as the IAC valve. Cleaned both with tooth brush, carb cleaner, and Seafoam spray can. Installed new OEM gaskets for IAC and TB part number(s)

Torqued all bolts to spec and now car idles quietly and smoothly

Trying to diagnose the high pitch "whistle" noise at idle. Notice how it becomes intermittent when I blip the throttle. Removed belt for a few seconds with engine running and noise still there. Removed Iddle control valve, RPMs raised a little but noise remained. Sprayed starting fluid around manifold gasket, throttle body, hoses but did not notice a difference. Any ideas or help is much appreciated.

@chetmero It did not shake at idle. Just the whistle noise. Nevertheless, after cleaning the TB and IAC the idle felt much smoother than before.

@ipswichyangs The noise is still there even after removing the drive belt. You might be right and be something internal in the engine. My last attempt to repair this will be next week or two I will remove the throttle body and intake manifold, clean them and replace all gaskets. The intake manifold and all parts you see in the video are factory OEM.

hey that intake manifold you got there, what model is that from, i have a 03 corolla and its made out of cheap ass plastic, and i have seen ones that say its 2zz but local junkyards say they have 2zz im's but they are plastic too! me thinks they dun know cars

In my Corolla 200 I installed an open air filter and it sound pretty cool after 3000rpm it lets out a whistle something similar like the one you hear with a release valve on a turbo

that sounds like a vac leak to me.

I got the same exact engine..with mine, when driving around 30- 40mph for about 5 min, when i stop at a red light my engine seems to shake and rumble. But thats only in drive. When i put it in neutral or park it doesnt do that. Any suggestions?

@gpeasy1 I had a PCV line crack on my 98 Corolla and of course it cracked right by the throttle body fitting. Even my small hands could hardly get in to change it.
