  • local extension in the low back is what's wrong here for anyone not sure.

  • OK, eric, perhaps you know how much I understand and appreciate the benefit in your videos but once again, I have a criticism. Actually, if I didn't think you'd actually consider what I'm saying, I wouldn't bother making a comment. But, I see this as a two way street. So, maybe my feedback can help you to see something you haven't considered important or not seen.and that is: Wearing a baggy BLACK shirt and BAGGY, BLACK shorts doesn't do anything to help us see body positions through the moves.
