A lawsuit is putting the country and its former colonial master at loggerheads. Kenya has once again differing with Britain over who should compensate victims of the Mau Mau crackdowns in the 1950s. Britain wants Kenya to compensate the veterans on claims that its former colony inherited all the liabilities at independence. Martina Akinyi reports on that Mau Mau row that is stirring Britains corridors of justice.
The British call everything terrorist.

If Raila had spoken in English, it would have been harsh. sad reality is that sell outs like Kenyatta, former homeguards and their children like Njonjo and Koinage are the ones that benefitted after uhuru and the real freedom fighters were forgotten

Kenyatta government should explain what they did with the compensation money.Or is that the money Kenyatta's family used to acquire land illegally?
