We offer a variety of decal designs and have many options to select from or have a customized designed decal personalized for your wedding. Each decal is personalized with the couple's names and the wedding date.

Once you have selected your design or a customized dance floor decal is created for you, this dance floor decal application video provides the instructions you will need for your dance floor application or view our written instructions on our website at https://www.wicksncandlesticks.com/store/pages/Media-News-Press-Kit.

1. When you receive your vinyl decal(s), you will notice it comes with application tape already applied to it. This helps with the transfer of the vinyl letter to the dance floor or wall.

2. Clean the vacant area where the vinyl will be applied to make sure that it is free from any wax, oil, dirt, dust, or debris that will prevent the vinyl from sticking.

3. Give the application tape a quick, but firm rub with our no cost squeegee sent with dance floor decal.

4. Flip and peel back the application tape slowly; making sure that the vinyl lettering is sticking to the application tape. If part of a letter does not stick to the application tape, simply rub that area a little more firmly and check again. Note: You want the vinyl to adhere to the application tape.

5. Holding the application tape by the ends, make sure that the decal is centered in the chosen area of the surface. It is okay to let the application tape touch the surface until you are absolutely sure of its positioning.

6. Once your confident of the positing of the vinyl lettering on your surface, carefully rub your hand over the vinyl letter to apply. Continue running the vinyl letter more firmly with the squeegee. This allows each part of the vinyl lettering to adhere to the surface of the dance floor.

Note: If mistakes occur during application simply lift the decal in small sections and reapply the decal. If small air bubbles appears after the graphic is applied. You can gently push them out with your fingers or use a small needle to poke the graphic and push the air out.

7. Carefully remove the application tape from the vinyl lettering, pay attention to any part of the letters that may not transfer to the wall. If this happens again, simply rub that area a little more firmly and try again

8. Rub your finger of the vinyl lettering, as if you are tracing the letters, to make sure that the vinyl is securely applied.

Removal:
When the time comes to remove the vinyl lettering, just peel each piece slowly and peel at an angle. If you have pieces that do not peel right away, use a hair
dryer to heat the lettering. The letters should peel off easily when the heat of the dryer is applied to them.
