Fallout 3 Settler Mod

This is not my mod I'm just showing it off how it works and how it looks.
I lowered all settings on minimum so i can record without bigger spikes...(my lap top isn't so good)
There was some problem at the end with trader i don't know what happened...


About the mod:
In this mod called "The Settler" u can create your own "town"where u get few basic items such as: Bed,Torch,Few walls+sandbags,Fire,Wooden shelter(i think that's it :D ),restroom,Pandoras box, constructing kit and maybe few extra items... ( u never get same amount of items when u make new "town")

If u have trouble finding a wastelander u can always use Pandoras box to get a wastelander who will become resident of ur "town" (man i do love to use " xD )

It's kind of tricky to build walls and to place few items,but after few try's u should get hang of it...

Um that's small brief i don't want to spoil all the fun of exploring this awesome mod.

Once again I'm not responsible for this mod i'm only let's call it promoting it xD cuz it's very interesting and it will spice the game lil bit :D

This mod is not working anymore Author is doing the same mod but with different name which u can download it here but u need to register 1st.
Don't worry it's free u don't need to pay anything ^_^

I went to download it but it said I needed FOMM, I went to download that and it said I needed a special program to compress it, I went to download that and it said I needed to pay money for it. >__>

@gamerboss007 If u mean extract and not compress , i figure u downloaded win rar.

If u did just right click on that FOMM.rar and extract it and then u can use it .

U don't have to pay for the program

so what else do you do in this mod apart from build a village? do you have proper quests like the real game? and do you have to defend your village?

@Masterincommander Well u have your own city ... u can create your own army as well and take them with u... there are no special quests for this but u can attack any city or place u wan't with your army ^_^

I saw a thing like this on the FO3 forums but it didn't require a mod. Unfortunately, it's complicated as FUCK. It requires the Mesmetron, random encounters, getting people to chase you, and more -_- I'm reading the guide right now, but looking on youtube for a possible video guide so I understand it better.
