we'll just have to agree to disagree on that one. personally, i don't say the N word. but i don't feel comfortable policing how other black people choose to refer to themselves or try to reclaim the word. the same way I wouldn't tell a gay person they should say the F word when talking about themselves or their friends. it's a personal preference. point being, we didn't create the word to oppress ourselves and some feel comfortable reclaiming it. .
