GTA Vice City - How to get green Stretch?

The green Stretch is one of the unique vehicles in GTA Vice City. You can not take an another Stretch with a gold colour in the game, except this mission.

It looks like a very light shade of yellow....Hard to explain the colour, but it's definitely not greeeeeen!

@spikedude531 Ok dude, I know that, because I have read about that limo, and because many people told me "it's a gold colour, not green one". I wrote "green" in my title, because I see it as green one. Well, I think that's enough. Ok people, I am going to change the title now, if all of you see that limo as golden one.
