My entire focus, now, is on the USPA California State Championships. I'm applying Prilepin's Table in each workout and, for this occasion, I opted to use 90% of my 1-rep max. I warmed up well, finishing with 520 lbs. for a single. Then it went to 570 lbs. for 4 sets, and 2 reps per set. This is my third set.
