It's a really insulting question, considering this man's impressive track record over the years. He's very consistent, and he's one of those guys who fills in forms asking for his race with 'human'. Well obviously you did not watch the video of Dr Stanton or try to find out what the Risk of Genocide scale implies for each stage because then you would have seen that South Africa is on stage six and that mass the killing phase is level seven.
