This man is financiar for BP, wth is he doing, he is trying to put his Energy Plan in effect, by any means necessary. Bush took the first bailout to implement Boones Pickens Plan. I think this man is playing with Mother Earth and our lives to implement this so called energy plan. Greedy azz.
