Leonardo DiCaprio to star in 'Atari'

June 06, 2008 The ubiquitous actor-producer has just become attached to star in "Atari," a pitch that writers Brian Hecker and Craig Sherman sold to Paramount on Friday about the godfather of the video game industry, Nolan Bushnell. Bushnell was an engineering student, puzzle-lover and game enthusiast (chess, Go, early computer games) who went from fixing broken pinball machines to launching Atari Corp., a video game manufacturer, in the early '70s.

Also watching it on IGN is fucking ANNOYING. They only upload 3 minutes at a time. So you gotta go through about 30 3 minute parts, each video also starts wih a 45 second commercial. Its worth buying the dVD to skip that!

I was waiting for someone to upload this flick onto youtube or the torrents for months. Never showed up. I was about to order it after the weekend when my credit card payment cleared and I had enough on it to buy the DVD. Then I just saw that IGN put them all up for free. Fuckin' awesome.
